* Blue Chip Technology reserves the right to charge for in warranty RMAs resulting from the following

-	Issues with 3rd party software / hardware not supplied with unit.
-	Equipment mis-use.
-	End User mis-configuration.
-	Fault(s) that can not be reproduced.
-	Damage in transit back to Blue Chip.
-	Reasons other than manufacturing defect.

How to reproduce fault

Health and Safety declaration

	This equipment has not been used in an environment where Nuclear or Biological health and safety precautions are in force.
	This equipment has not been contaminated by a chemical agent that requires protective equipment to be used.

Users returning Blue Chip products from use in the Atomic Energy Industry, Medical Imaging, Radiotherapy, Biological / Chemical research or other areas where Atomic Chemical or Biological health and safety precautions are in place will be required to enclose a full health and safety declaration with their returned product.
